Synergy was founded in may 2008 by my self (Christy Kin-Cleaves), with the help of some friends, most notably gfNNNNN (Harrison Fisher). Starting off as just a single Counter Strike Source team, we quickly were inundated with members, and we quickly formed two teams. Fast forward 4 months and we are attending i34, our first LAN, it was a great experience, and from that point I knew Synergy would be around for a while.

Post i34 we see Alecoq join us, a Estonian COD4 team ran by Tarmo/tE. With a solid lineup they won the pre-PCGAMER LAN COD4 tournament, and taking £500 worth of tickets to the LAN. From this point Synergy started growing, from 20 to 30 members, a growing community, two teams became three. And some time later a team called Conquer or CQR approached me on EnemyDown.co.uk. They were looking for a clan to support them, and from this point Synergy slowly turned into a organisation, rather than a clan. The original Conquer was:
Craiig, Duckybollox, Cl^_^wn, Mucho, Invisible and Ken. With allot of these guys still around in Synergy now.
A little later on we are back at LAN, i36 was great, lots of good memorys. Back with some familiar names; BloodAngel, gfNNN, Drayk0re, sb, Snake, Gazza and mOOny_tOes.

And a little later on we have i38

As well as the Digifest Baltict pre-dreamhack qualifier, attended by SYNERGY.estonia (COD4)

And then to the present; we currently have teams playing CounterStrike Source, Call of Duty 4, Team Fortress 2, and CounterStrike from all over Europe, and were still growing.
The meaning of Synergy is the idea of people working togother to create something better. I want to carry this meaning forward.
